INFORMATION AND CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND DISCLOSURE
Articles Nos. 13, 23 and 26 of Law Decree No. 196/2003 "Code regarding the protection of personal data" Statement according to Law Decree No. 196/2003 - Statement and consent. The data will be processed according to the law and to the privacy prescriptions, stored on paper and / or electronic supports, as part of CAD2000 S.r.l. institutional activities and for the following purposes: i) i) trictly related purposes and necessary purposes for managing the relation with the interested party ii) ii) closely related statistics to the event. Under no circumstances shall such data be transferred to third parties for use of commercial advertising or promotion and sale of products and services.
CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING After viewing the statement and having considered the rights granted by Art. 7 of Law Decree No. 196/2003, i consent to the processing of personal data granted to CAD2000 S.r.l within the limits and for the purposes therein specified.
